These days we are experiencing crazy type of trend in housing market. There are very few homes for sale on market and lot of Buyers are looking to buy houses.But nice houses just come and go within hours.But ugly and over priced house are still there. It seems to be a sellers market at this point which was a buyers market a few months ago. House prices are good at this time.
I recently sold some Houses in last 2 weeks.One was a new House in Brampton Castlemore Area at 81 Watchman Rd. House sold the day i listed within 12 Hours.And very close to the asking price.
Another one was in Mississauga at 590 Leatherleaf Dr which sold on the 2nd day of listing for 98% of asking price.
A decent house at market price doesnt last even a week on this market. I have many buuyer ready to buy already have mortgage pre approval ,but its hard to find them houses.So looking for more listing in Brampton and Mississauga.
