Vacation in Spain, Murcia The house, built about 170 years ago, is on the edge of the Murcian province and comes under ABANILLA Town Hall. It is about 55 min's from Alicante airport and 75mins from Murcia airport. The nearest town, Pinoso, is about 8mins away and has a large English inhabitance. The house is on two floors covering over 400 sq mtrs, the total plot amounting to 580 sq meters. Accommodation comprises 6 bedrooms of which 5 are en-suite doubles. There are 2 lounges, large dinning room, office, good working kitchen with walk in fridge. Outside, there is an open-air 8x4mtr swimming pool, with two changing rooms close by, having shower, loo and hand basin. Additionally there is a pretty outside eating area with BBQ. The garden has the benefit of naturally shaded areas created by mature trees. The house is comfortably furnished with beds, settees and armchairs, dinning tables and chairs, and has the benefit of a full kitchen. An oil-fired system heats the house, but there are also some original fireplaces, that can be used for occasional heating. There is smoke alarmed system, and the dinning room is fully air conditioned. The house is connected to Spanish telephone network, and has a satellite dish.
