Why Selling With Me        

              Selling your house is a major decision of your life. So you have to be very care full choosing a Realtor. There are  more than 20,000 realtors working full time and part time.So its very tricky when it comes to choose one. The best realtor for you is who sells your property in minimum time and for maximum Money. To differentiate myself from the crowd i try to do something that's different and effective in today's market. 

     I would like to mention couple of those things here. 

    First  I would be giving you written guarantee that your house will be sold within 60 days of signing the listing if its not sold in 60 days, i will not charge any commission. So if your house sold on 61st day means no commission for me but i would give my services for free.

 

     2nd is  if my own client buys your house then you don't have to pay me 2 commissions(Listing and Selling).I would charge you only one commission ,which means you sell your house with only half the commission.

 

     3rd is presentation of your property. Which I think this following video can describe better than me.
